a. Class 4 Chemical Indicator for Steam, EtO and Plasma

Our Multi-Parameter class-4 Indicator checks proper time and temperature in the sterilizer. When a pack is opened, your staff can quickly verify that the conditions for sterilization were achieved and that the instruments and utensils are safe to use in surgical procedures. Steam process -exposed to 121oC (15 mins) or 134o (3.5 mins).  EtO process- minimum concentration: 400 mg/l - minimum relative humidity: 50% - Time and temperature: 30 minutes - 30° C or 20 minutes - 54° C. Plasma process- Exposure time in %100 hydrogen peroxide gas is 2hrs, %27-75 hydrogen peroxide gas is 6hrs; temperature is between 35˚C -68˚C.

b. Class 5 Chemical Integrator for Steam and EtO

Wabenzi’s Class 5 unique point steam integrators ensure an adequate control of the effectiveness of sterilization processes (temperature, time, steam quality). These integrators have been manufactured for verification of steam sterilization cycles between 121 °C and 134 °C and EtO sterilization cycles 600 mg/l EtO concentration at approx 56 °C. The Class 5 Chemical Integrator will detect any potential failures, resulting from overloading and issues with the sterilizer itself, providing effective infection control in your hospital.
